In 2026, we are thrilled to expand the Warriors brand with the launch of our brand-new futsal program. This exciting addition builds on our commitment to providing students with diverse opportunities to grow as athletes, teammates, and leaders.

So, what is futsal?
Futsal is a fast-paced, small-sided variation of soccer, played indoors on a hard court with a smaller, low-bounce ball. The game places a strong emphasis on technical skill, creativity, quick decision-making, and agility, making it a dynamic sport that not only challenges players physically but also sharpens their mental game. Many of the world’s best footballers—like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo—developed their early skills on the futsal court, which shows the power of the game in shaping confident, well-rounded athletes.

At Good Shepherd, the Warriors Futsal Program will give students the opportunity to:

• Train and develop their skills with quality coaching that focuses on both fundamentals and advanced play.

• Compete in tournaments and matches, representing Good Shepherd with pride and determination.

• Grow as leaders, learning how to encourage and support teammates, handle challenges, and show resilience under pressure.

• Build friendships and community, connecting with peers who share the same passion and commitment.

Just like with Warriors Basketball, our futsal program goes beyond the scoreboard. We believe sport is one of the most powerful ways to build character, strengthen resilience, and nurture school spirit. Every training session and match becomes a chance for students to develop lifelong skills—whether it’s teamwork, perseverance, or the confidence to push their limits.
